How much does it cost?

[[EARLY_BIRD_PRICE]] during early bird registration. [[FULL_PRICE]] at full price. Payment can be made online via Stripe, in person, or over the phone.

When does it start?

[[START_DATE]]. The optional workshop kicks off [[WORKSHOP_DATE]] to help you enter the program with a clear plan.

What's the time commitment?

You'll attend coached sessions 3-4 times per week (you choose based on class availability). Each session is approximately 60 minutes. You'll also have access to access to personal Check in calls during the 4 weeks.

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

You're expected to show up and be willing to learn - that's it

I've never lifted weights before. Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Our coaches prioritise teaching proper form and building confidence. You'll be in a small group where effort matters more than experience.

What if I can't make every session?

Life happens. Missing a session here or there won't derail your progress. Our coaches will help you stay on track. That said, the more you show up, the better your results.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

Most members continue training with us because they've built momentum. You'll have the option to transition into ongoing membership, but there's no pressure. The goal is to set you up with the tools to succeed whether you stay or train elsewhere.

Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds once the program starts. This is a small group program with limited spots, and we commit resources to every participant. If something urgent comes up before the start date, reach out and we'll work with you case-by-case.

How is this different from other gym challenges?

We focus on structure and setting up long-term habits. You're not just working out — you're learning how to train properly, building real strength, and developing a lifestyle system that stick. Plus, you get personal coaching and accountability, not just access to a group chat.

Are spots really limited?

Yes. We cap this program at 20 to maintain a high coach-to-member ratio. Once we hit capacity, registration closes.

Is nutrition coaching included?

You'll receive the Nutrition Reset Guide with simple, actionable steps to support your training. Our approach is to build some better habits first. Our full nutrition mentorship is designed for an all in approach and can be discussed at a later stage.
